Terms and Conditions
Please review these terms before placing an order. "Us" or "We" refers to the owner of this website. The owners are Kalliness Kreations, Achnamara, Shetland, ZE2 9HG. Only over 18's and UK only please.
Ordering
When placing your order please ensure its complete before you check out as we cannot add or change items. When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You'll receive a dispatched email when your order is dispatched.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal or our system. You don't require a Paypal account to do this. Payments are fast and secure.
Privacy
The data we collect from you is held in a secure manner and your details will not be sold or disclosed to any 3rd party. We only use your information to complete your order.
Shipping
Although located on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and North Sea we can normally send via Royal Mail. However during bad storms especially from November to February delays might occur as we're basically trapped. We aim to process orders within 5 days. Please note we only deliver to UK at the moment.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class which starts at either £3.50 for unsigned or £4.50 for signed for.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Small batches and handmade
Please note that colours may slightly change between batches as everything is made by hand in small batches. If your wax is freshly made it will require 2 weeks to build its strongest scent. During this time you can still use your product but we recommend you place it in a cool dark place for these 2 weeks.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Kalliness Kreations are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for an order. All sales are final.
If an item is missing from your order we will offer you a replacement or refund for the item. If an item is damaged we will need to see photographic evidence before we can proceed.
